New water solution wins innovation award

Kamstrup’s latest water solution with acoustic leak detection including the water meter flowIQ® 2200 has won the innovation award Aqua Pro Gaz in Switzerland.
The innovation award is a noble recognition of the development work behind both the meter and the whole solution. Not least, the award is also a recognition of the value these products can help generate for water utilities all over the world.
The award was given to the new Kamstrup solution because the feature with built-in acoustic leak detection makes it possible for utilities to locate leaks in service connections faster and more efficiently – and before they end as bursts.
The innovative solution has already benefited several customers for whom it has been difficult to locate leakages in service connections.
