Kamstrup has acquired the business unit BD Smart Forsyning, reinforcing its position as a provider of user-friendly software and communication solutions for the utilities sector.  

With this acquisition, Kamstrup adds top-tier software to its portfolio, offering flexible communication and integration capabilities that align with the company’s high standards for product quality and service.

These solutions will help utilities operate more efficiently and support the sustainable delivery of clean water and green energy - with significantly less waste.  

In the coming months, Kamstrup will focus on seamlessly integrating BD Smart Forsyning into its existing operations. This includes plans to establish a Kamstrup office in or around Copenhagen, creating a development and innovation hub to complement its current locations in Stilling, Spain, Malaysia, and the United States.  

On the product side, this marks the beginning of a streamlined integration of BD Smart Forsyning’s solutions into Kamstrup’s offerings.
