Your development in Kamstrup begins from day one which why we have developed an onboarding program to get you off to a flying start. This program is your introduction to Kamstrup, providing you with an understanding of who we are as a company and as a workplace.
To ensure you feel supported as you transition into your new role, you’ll be paired with a buddy. Your buddy is a colleague dedicated to helping you acclimate to your new environment. They will be there to welcome you, answer your questions, and offer guidance during your early days with us. This support is not just about getting you up to speed with your tasks, but also about helping you integrate into the team and connect with colleagues across various departments.
By the end of your onboarding, you will have a solid foundation to build upon, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career with us.


Leadership development
Whether you are an experienced people manager or aspiring to become one, you will join other new people managers in our introductory leadership program. This program is designed to help you transition into your new role smoothly, with a focus on Kamstrup's values, strategy, and people processes.
