    Kamstrup uses carefully selected sub-processors to deliver, support, and improve our solutions. Depending on your solution and your geographical location, one or more of the sub-processors listed on the following pages may process personal data on our behalf.

    Service and Support 

    Kamstrup Group subsidiaries

    Customer service and support requests are handled by Kamstrup’s employees across our group companies. Support cases may be processed by staff located in Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.

    When personal data is transferred to the US, Kamstrup relies on an adequacy decision as Kamstrup LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Documentation for the certification can be found here: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list

    Kamstrup uses ServiceNow’s cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to manage and track customer service and support tickets.

    The data controller may submit personal data to the ServiceNow platform at their discretion. Kamstrup may also create tickets in ServiceNow on behalf of the data controller when needed. Service tickets are stored on servers physically located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. ServiceNow does not have any direct access to the customer’s own systems.
