Kamstrup today announced the appointment of Fernando Zanutto as Regional President – The Americas, effective immediately. In this role, Zanutto will lead the company’s continued growth and strategic development across North and South America, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, advancing localized operations and supply chain initiatives, and accelerating execution of Kamstrup’s regional growth strategy.

Over the past several years, Kamstrup has significantly strengthened its position in the North American market through focused investments, operational expansion, and a strong commitment to customers and partners across the region. The company has continued to build and enhance its distributor and partner network, deepen customer engagement, and improve local supply chain capabilities to support long-term growth.

As part of this next phase of development, Kamstrup also announced that Bruce Bharat will step down from his role as Regional President – The Americas.

Fernando Zanutto joins Kamstrup with extensive international leadership experience across sales, strategy, operations, and business development within the industrial, automation, and controls sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Global Key Accounts at Danfoss, where he led strategic commercial initiatives and global customer engagement efforts. During his tenure at Danfoss, he also held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts for Fluid Handling and HVAC/R and Vice President Latin America for the Drives Division.

“Fernando brings a strong commercial foundation, broad leadership perspective, and deep experience working within complex international organizations,” said Borgen. “His proven track record in strategy execution, supply chain operations, and organizational leadership makes him exceptionally well-positioned to guide Kamstrup through its next stage of growth in the Americas.”

Zanutto has extensive experience leading diverse international teams and driving business transformation initiatives across global markets. He holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg Executive Education and is recognized for his expertise in sales management, business strategy, negotiation, and customer-focused growth initiatives.
