Therefore, Kamstrup has hired 54-year-old Camilla Wolff as Head of Leadership Development in a newly established position. Leadership development is a fundamental initiative in the strategy of Kamstrup's management with CEO Kim Lehmann in the lead.
Kamstrup, which presented a turnover of 2.3 billion DKK last year and has more than 1,500 employees worldwide, has grown rapidly the recent years. Both in sale of meters, the establishment of several sales offices around the world, innovation and employment of many new employees. In the last financial year, 2018, more than 150 new employees joined the group.
“Leadership and talented leaders are important to attract and retain the best competencies, which are crucial for us to achieve our ambition to provide clean water and energy to a maximum number of people in the world. In addition, our focus on more partnerships requires more of our managers, which is why we now prioritise building leadership development internally within the organisation”, says Vice President HR Michael Stubbe.
Camilla Wolff has for many years worked in various Danish consulting houses with management training at various top management, leadership development programs for organisations, strategy development and execution as well as commercialisation of organisations - also internationally. Camilla Wolff also has a back-ground as manager in several companies and has recently run her own consulting business.

Besides experience from management positions in consulting houses, Camilla Wolff holds several board positions in Danish companies.
Camilla Wolff has been appointed as Head of Leadership Development. She has a background as Master of Arts from Aarhus University and has extensive experience in business and management development through working in both small and medium-sized Danish companies as well as large, international groups.
