Kamstrup's meters are designed to yield high performance throughout the entire lifetime.
However, in some areas the meters are met with rough conditions, which may affect the performance adversely which will cause repair.
To reduce the repair time as much as possible Kamstrup has introduced a “New for Old” concept which makes it possible to replace a defective unit by a new one. Read more under “Product services”.
Alternatively, the defective meter can be repaired. When sending the meters in for repair, please download, fill in and attach below formulars to ensure that we start at once and spare you for unnecessary time consumption. (Download by right-clicking and “Save destination as”)
