Phase 6: Service and After Sales

 

Desription

This phase runs parallel with the Operation Phase.

During this phase service agreements entered with customers are handled including warranty claims and issues.


The Kamstrup Service department offers a full range of services including repairs and calibrations of meters and equipment, customer training and general support of customers in connection with additional installations and services.

 

 

Results to be achieved during the Service and After Sales Phase:

  • Fulfilment of Service contracts
  • Handling of warranty claims
