Phase 6: Operation

 

Description

During this phase the system is in operation, managed by either Kamstrup or the customer.


If managed by Kamstrup, operation will be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the operation contract with the customer.

Starting the Operation Phase, the hotline and service contracts signed with the customer are activated.

Warranty is also handled during this phase by remedying any warranty errors and claims regarding the installed systems. 

 

Results to be achieved during the Operation Phase:

  • Operation Manager appointed
  • Ensure closing of points on the open point list
  • Performance of system operation
  • Fulfilment of Service contracts
  • Performance of Hotline services
  • Handling of warranty claims
  • Warranty bonds released at end of warranty period
