Description
During this phase the system is in operation, managed by either Kamstrup or the customer.
If managed by Kamstrup, operation will be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the operation contract with the customer.
Starting the Operation Phase, the hotline and service contracts signed with the customer are activated.
Warranty is also handled during this phase by remedying any warranty errors and claims regarding the installed systems.
