Description
During this phase the project is commissioned and finally tested and approved together with the customer.
The customer receives training and documentation is handed over to the customer.
During the SAT the performance of the system is tested and finally the system is handed over to the customer. If the SAT leaves any outstanding points, they are documented and an action plan for their solution is agreed with the customer.
A trial operation test is performed before the system is handed over.
When the system is finally handed over to the customer warranty commences and the customer is informed of the future contact with Kamstrup – either the System Operation department or the Service department.
At the end of the phase a project evaluation meeting is held in order to summarise and capture the best positive and negative learnings and insights from the project phase in order to optimise project management at Kamstrup in general. The project evaluation can comprise external input from customer and sub contractors as well as internal feedback.
