Phase 3: Production

Description
During this phase the system components are produced in our factory and shipped to the installation site, OEM hardware and software is procured, installation, including training of installation personnel is planned in detail.

If development of software or hardware is required, development including test is carried out during this phase.

If a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) has been agreed with the customer, necessary documentation for the FAT is prepared, and the FAT is carried through with the customer.

At the end of the Production Phase installation is ready to start.

Results to be achieved during the Production Phase:

Projecting plan agreed
Contract regarding installation signed with sub-supplier
Shipment of equipment from factory is checked before dispatch
Installation planned and scheduled in detail
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) carried through (if relevant)
Installation documentation prepared
Installers trained
Components manufactured and received at installation site
Hardware and software for main station procured and delivered to site
Software development finalised including test
System Operation agreed and scheduled with customer
